I contacted Steve about a last minute commission for my partners 50th birthday after being let down on another option. His customer service was second to none. Communication 5* and he kept me updated through every step of the process. I was so excited to see the finished product and my partner absolutely loves it. His reaction to seeing it made me cry! It will be a much treasured piece of artwork that he will forever love. Thank you Steve for everything

This is one of the most beautiful household decorations you could buy. The seller is great and communicated that it might not get in time, but even though I was OK with this he went the extra mile a d got it before Christmas. I might post a pic in its new home as it is a gift. Will totally get something else if I see especially a map maybe of my home country 😁 10 out of 10 would recommend

Wow! I am totally blown away by this piece. Stephen was so helpful and kind and supported me in putting together a bespoke piece for my husband. The product that arrived is such a high quality piece, a really great substantial weight and quality craftsmanship. It’s currently wrapped up for Christmas so I sadly can’t add a photo but each route name is embossed clearly and beautifully, finished in a stunning copper coating. I am blown away by the work, so happy I found Stephen’s page and looking forward to ordering again in the future!
